Zechariah 6: A Horse Of A Different Color

Four horses of different colors, actually.

Zechariah reports a vision of four chariots, each with its own color of horses: red, black, white, and dappled gray.  Fortunately, an angel is nearby to explain the interpretation.  The chariots represent the four winds of heaven.  Each chariot goes out in a different direction to patrol the earth.

The second half of chapter 6 is a word that Zechariah received from the Lord where he is commanded to take silver and gold from the returning exiles and fashion a crown for the high priest Joshua.  Joshua is to be considered the Branch, for he shall branch out and he shall be the one who will rebuild the Temple of the Lord.  He will be both priestly and kingly, and the crown will stay in the Temple.

According to Zechariah's vision, the time for completing the rebuilding of the Temple is here!
